Workshop Description:
Content is the currency that fuels and funds digital transformation, but only if you harness it. Documents, invoices, emails, spreadsheets, CAD drawings, photos, drone videos and BIM files are just some types of content growing at unprecedented speeds. The lack of digitized content and the inability to access the right content at the right time leads to “content chaos”. Our content management and workflow solutions will enable your organization to take full advantage of the information and knowledge embedded within content. We will show you how to capture, store, activate, analyze and automate business content, providing new value from data that was previously unstructured and unavailable.
Our one full-day Content Management & Workflow workshop will take you through the basics of how to start your company’s digital transformation. We will step you through the process that begins with how to capture the content at the first opportunity. Next, classify, index and tag it and apply governance rules. Then, control who can access it, and give people tools to find it quickly. Finally, put the content in motion for business processes and collaboration. In addition, we will teach you how to assign documents to workflows, review approval queues, and set up alerts.
