Product Updates
eCMS Product Update
New Bank Reconciliation App
A new on-line bank reconciliation app has been added to eCMS providing users with an easy to use tool for assisting with bank account reconciliation. There is also a report available with this new app to further assist with the process.
New Import App
Two new Web2-based Import apps have been completed for importing T&M Rates and the G/L Chart of Accounts. Additionally, the Subcontract and Change Order Import apps have been enhanced with streamlined importing, editing, and update capabilities.
Project Income Forecasting Statement (PISF)
Enhancements have been completed to the Job Cost Income Forecast Statement function, adding the ability to enter monthly forecasts of Job Revenue, Margin, and Margin %. Customers can now submit forecasts of these values in monthly detail. Columns have also been added to the related IDI listing to provide reporting and analysis over this new function.

We continue developing eCMS One, the next generation of construction cloud ERP from CGC.
In collaboration with CGCās parent company, the JDM Technology Group, CGC is developing eCMS One. eCMS One is a new ERP solution specifically designed for the construction industry with cutting-edge technology platform and functionality. A brief video is available with a high-level overview of eCMS One.
The eCMS One video and the presentation PPT file can be viewed on the CGC Portal under the eCMS One link.

eCMS v.4.2 Fix Pack 3 Hot Fix 309 (HF309) available for Test Environments.
Hot Fix 309 (HF309) is now available for all Test Environments that are currently at eCMS v.4.2 Fix Pack 3 Hot Fix 308.

Please review the documentation and schedule installation as soon as possible.
For hosted customers:
The Software Delivery Team will be contacting you regarding the scheduling of your Test environment upgrade. If the date selected does not work out for you, please let us know.
You may also submit a ticket requesting the installation of eCMS v.4.2 Fix Pack 3 ā Hot Fix 309.
For non-hosted customers:
Please submit a ticket requesting the installation of eCMS v.4.2 Fix Pack 3 - Hot Fix 309 into your Test Environments.
Hot Fix 309 availability for Production Environments follows about 1 week later.
If you have any questions, please open an online ticket.
Payroll Tax Tables
ā The Payroll Tax Tables (PTT) imports for 2025 are now ALL available for PTT Subscribers and are now ALL uploaded on the CGC Portal.
CGC offers a Payroll Tax Table Subscription Program where clients can access the most up-to-date tax table download files and instructions/support to upload them in their eCMS systems for an annual fee. The electronic PTT import files are cumulative for all federal and state/province tables and CGC notifies the PTT Program Subscribers when new tax table changes are available.
The subscription provides the tables for Federal (US and Canada), 50 states, DC, 13 Canadian Provinces, and 3 US commonwealths. We provide notification for any updates. We provide documentation for all states on how to properly enroll employees if you expand your business to additional states.
Our main source for US State and Federal Tax Tables changes is Walters Kluwer. We receive information from them daily and make changes to tax tables when we get the information. As soon as we have made the changes to our system, tested and completed the documentation they are posted. An announcement is then sent to all subscribers.

Product Advisory Groups
We are excited to introduce the Product Advisory Groups (PAGs) and our newly enhanced Forum, where our users can collaborate, share, discuss and vote on product development items per specific eCMS application.
We have established a set of PAGs (see the list below) and enhanced our CGC Portal Forum tool to allow for advanced collaboration among our customers and CGC employees.
CGC customers with access to the CGC Portal can now subscribe to one, multiple or all PAGs and start collaborating with one another. You can also subscribe or unsubscribe at any time from any PAG. You have the ability to start a conversation, comment, upload/download files (PDF, Word, Excel, images), add URLs, and more. You can like or dislike a comment and get notifications of those PAG forum activities you have subscribed to.
We have assigned CGC experts to each PAG and will be monitoring the activity.
