Product Updates
eCMS v.4.2 Fix Pack 3 Hot Fix 310 (HF310) and Hot Fix 311 (HF311) are available for all Production and Test Environments.
Hot Fix 310 (HF310) and Hot Fix 311 (HF311) are now available for all Production and Test Environments are currently at eCMS v.4.2 Fix Pack 3 Hot Fix 309.
The HF310 and HF311 Release Notes are located on the CGC Portal/Knowledge Center. eCMS Updates Release Notes under eCMS v.4.2 Fix Pack 3 Hot Fix 310 (HF310) Release Notes, and eCMS v.4.2 Fix Pack 3 Hot Fix 311 (HF311) Release Notes.
Please review the documentation and schedule installation as soon as possible.
For hosted customers:
The Software Delivery Team has been contacting customers regarding the scheduling of Test and/or Production environment upgrades. If the date selected does not work out for you, please let us know. You may also submit a ticket requesting the installation of HF310 and HF311.
For non-hosted customers:
Please submit a ticket requesting the installation of HF310 and HF311.
eCMS v.4.2 Fix Pack 3 Hot Fix 312 (HF312) to be available by the end of October 2025.
Software Delivery is planning on having Hot Fix 312 (HF312) available for all Test environments by the end of October 2025.
Availability for Production environments will follow about a week later.

Project Web2 File Import App
The Project Web2 File Import App allows you to import new jobs, copy a job, update a job, or import and update multiple jobs at once. It also provides full validation.

Payroll Tax Tables
✅ The 2025 Payroll Tax Table (PTT) imports, effective 09/24/2025, are now fully available on the CGC Portal for all PTT Subscribers.
CGC offers a Payroll Tax Table (PTT) Subscription Program that provides clients with access to the most up-to-date tax table import files, along with the necessary instructions and support to upload them into their eCMS systems—all for an annual fee.
The electronic PTT import files are cumulative and include all Federal and State/Province tables. Subscribers receive timely notifications whenever new tax table updates are available.
The subscription includes tax tables for:
U.S. Federal and all 50 states
District of Columbia
13 Canadian provinces/territories
3 U.S. commonwealths
In addition to update notifications, we also provide documentation on how to properly enroll employees in any new state or province, should your business expand into new regions.
Our primary source for U.S. State and Federal tax table changes is Wolters Kluwer. We receive daily updates and promptly implement changes to our system. Once updates are tested and documentation is complete, files are posted to the CGC Portal and a notification is sent to PTT subscribers.
