Product Updates
HF313 is now available for all Production and Test environments currently running Fix Pack 3 Hot Fix 312 or earlier.

For hosted customers:
The Software Delivery Team is contacting customers to schedule Test and Production upgrades. If your scheduled date does not work, please let us know. You may also submit a ticket to request installation.
For non-hosted customers:
Please submit a ticket to request installation and for any questions.
HF314 will be the next packaged update.
The release date is not yet finalized but is expected in early Q2 2026.

Payroll Tax Tables
✅ The 2026 Payroll Tax Table (PTT) imports, effective 01/13/2026, are now fully available on the CGC Portal for all PTT Subscribers.
CGC offers a Payroll Tax Table (PTT) Subscription Program that provides clients with access to the most up-to-date tax table import files, along with the necessary instructions and support to upload them into their eCMS systems—all for an annual fee.
The electronic PTT import files are cumulative and include all Federal and State/Province tables. Subscribers receive timely notifications whenever new tax table updates are available.

In addition to update notifications, we also provide documentation on how to properly enroll employees in any new state or province, should your business expand into new regions.
Our primary source for U.S. State and Federal tax table changes is Wolters Kluwer. We receive daily updates and promptly implement changes to our system. Our primary source for Canada is Revenue Canada (CRA) and Quebec. Once updates are tested and documentation is complete, files are posted to the CGC Portal and a notification is sent to PTT subscribers.

2026 Hosted Maintenance Schedule
Below is the hosted maintenance schedule for calendar year 2026. This schedule is available for your reference on the 2026 Hosted Maintenance Schedule landing page, as well as on the calendar located on the CGC Portal home page.
Email communication will be sent out three times each month prior to the scheduled hosted maintenance window. You may choose to add these dates to your calendars now to ensure you have monthly reminders.
Please note that all users must be completely logged out of the system during these maintenance windows. The hosted maintenance will take place on the third weekend of each month, beginning at 12:00 p.m. MST/AZ on Saturday and concluding at 8:00 a.m. MST/AZ on Sunday. All systems will be fully operational by 8:00 a.m. MST/AZ on Sunday morning following each scheduled maintenance.
