Payroll Tax Tables

2026 Payroll Tax Table Updates Are Available.

The latest 2026 Payroll Tax Table (PTT) imports, including the July 1, 2026 update, are now available on the CGC Portal for all Payroll Tax Table subscribers.

Stay Current with the Payroll Tax Table Subscription Program.

CGC's Payroll Tax Table (PTT) Subscription Program provides annual access to the latest tax table import files, complete installation instructions, and support to help you keep your eCMS payroll system current and compliant.

Your subscription includes:

✅U.S. Federal tax tables and all 50 states

✅District of Columbia

✅Three U.S. commonwealths

✅Canadian Federal tax tables and claim codes

✅All 13 Canadian provinces and territories, including claim codes

Because the electronic import files are cumulative, each update includes all Federal and State/Province tax tables.

Subscribers receive:

➡️Notifications whenever new tax table updates are released

➡️Documentation for enrolling employees in new states or provinces as your business expands

➡️Access to tested, ready-to-import files through the CGC Portal

CGC receives daily U.S. tax table updates from Wolters Kluwer and Canadian updates from the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) and Revenu Québec. Once updates are validated and documented, they are posted to the CGC Portal and subscribers are notified.

IBM Cloud Managed Hosting Migration

We are pleased to share that Computer Guidance, GlassHouse Systems, and IBM have been working together to deliver a secure, scalable, and highly reliable managed hosting platform—IBM Cloud.

This initiative consolidates CGC hosted environments onto IBM Cloud, an enterprise hybrid cloud platform designed to support secure, scalable, and highly available workloads across multiple environments. The infrastructure supporting CGC’s hosted environment is built on IBM Power Systems technology, purpose-built for high-performance enterprise workloads requiring reliability, resiliency, and continuous availability.

Migration Timeline

We began this process in April with a select group of customers and are now moving forward with all hosted clients on a scheduled basis.

To support a smooth transition, we ask that you select your preferred migration window using the calendar available on the CGC Portal. A limited number of migration slots have been reserved, and we ask that each organization select only one (1) weekend migration spot.

Once your RSVP is received, our team will follow up with additional details as we plan your specific migration to IBM Cloud.

👉 Select your migration date here:
https://cgcportal.computerguidance.com/migration-dates/

This transition reflects our continued commitment to providing modern, secure, and dependable hosting services that support your business today and into the future.
