eCMS v4.2 Fix Pack 3 – Hot Fix 315 (HF315)
HF315 is now available for all Production and Test environments running Fix Pack 3, Hot Fix 314.
HF315 contains only the changes for the new electronic filing formats for 1099 IRIS (Information Returns Intake System).

Coming Soon: Hot Fix 316 (HF316)
HF316 will be the next packaged update. While an official release date has not yet been finalized, it is currently planned for early Q4 2026.
Development of eCMS One continues to progress well, and we are actively working with our beta customer as we continue to refine and enhance the product.
Our beta customer is a large, heavy highway contractor with complex business requirements and a strong emphasis on the Payroll application. Working closely with this customer is providing valuable real-world feedback and helping us validate functionality and workflows across key areas of the solution.
Be on the lookout for an upcoming eCMS One Bulletin and video highlighting additional features and functionality as we continue working toward the general release of our flagship product, eCMS One.
Payroll Tax Tables
The latest 2026 Payroll Tax Table (PTT) updates, including the August 26, 2026 release, are now available on the CGC Portal for all PTT subscribers.
CGC’s Payroll Tax Table Subscription Program provides access to the latest U.S. and Canadian federal, state, provincial, and territorial tax table updates, along with installation instructions and support to help keep your eCMS payroll system current.
Subscribers receive:
✅ Regular notifications when new tax table updates are released
✅ Tested, ready-to-import files through the CGC Portal
✅ Documentation for adding employees in new states or provinces
✅ Ongoing U.S. and Canadian tax table updates

1099 & IRIS Filing Reminder
Important Information for Year-End Processing Update
Hot Fix 315 (HF315) includes the new 1099 filing requirements and IRIS (Information Returns Intake System). Customers should contact Software Delivery to schedule their HF315 installation.
If you have not yet applied for your IRS Transmitter Control Code (TCC), please start the process now. IRS processing can take 4–6 weeks. Once you receive your TCC, we encourage you to submit your 2025 test files through IRIS now to identify and resolve any issues before year-end.
For questions or assistance, please submit an incident referencing 1099 IRIS.
Please note: The IRS has not yet provided the 2026 file changes. CGC will provide updates as soon as those requirements are available.

IBM Cloud Managed Hosting Migration
Computer Guidance, GlassHouse Systems, and IBM continue to work together to provide a secure, scalable, and highly reliable managed hosting platform on IBM Cloud.
We have now migrated more than 20% of our customers and all CGC environments to IBM Cloud, with additional customer migrations underway.
Migration Dates: Customers who have not yet migrated should select their preferred weekend migration window through the CGC Portal. Please select only one migration weekend. Our team will follow up with additional details once your selection is received.

Computer Guidance has successfully completed its annual SOC Audit, continuing our long-standing commitment to security, compliance, and operational excellence.

With the leadership and support of JDM Technology Group, CGC has enhanced cybersecurity standards, policies, governance, and security practices designed to reduce risk and strengthen our ability to prevent, detect, and respond to evolving cyber threats.
